Why: To increase brand awareness and tell the MegaFood brand story

 

In the cramped world of supplements and vitamins, it's difficult to separate one brand from the next. That's why when I was tasked to create a video for MegaFood, I wanted to use humor to tell their story.

 

Most brands in the space tout their science as their number one trait. But MegaFood, their differentiator of using all-natural ingredients and their relationship with their farming partners made it easy to tell their story on the retail and category expert brand hub ExpertVoice.

 

Instead of using stodgy imagery, I pitched a video influenced by one of my favorite genres of tv shows: dating games.

 

Casting MegaFood Director of Innovation Stacey Gillespie as my contestant, I interviewed her using the frame of a dating show as the means of telling the MegaFood story of how they choose their farm partners.
